We will be having our first estate sale of the new year in Lakewood on Friday and Saturday January 18 and 19. The address is 4612 South Robb St, 80127. To get to the sale from 285 and Simms St, go south on Simms through the 2 roundabouts to Marlowe Ave. and turn east. Go 2 blocks to Robb St and turn north. The sale house is about .1 miles up on your right. SALE HOURS WILL BE 9AM TO 4PM BOTH DAYS.
