The vanity is in very good condition for its age. It has some wear on the top as usual. The hand painted floral graphic is in great condition. The hand wrought iron hardware is graceful and lovely, also. There are no gouges, or dents on it anywhere. The legs are the sausage style, and it is branded appropriately with the horseshoe and "Monterey" marks.
