This couch has leather cushions. The cushions have been rejuvenated with some leather TLC! No rips or tears anywhere. The original rope "springs" are intact, but did have a minute repair on the backside rope. The arms are nice paddle type, with great hand wrought iron under them.

There is a table that goes all the way across the back side of the sofa, and is lifted in to place by iron supports. It can be up or down -- whatever you wish. Up -- put plants, pottery, objects de art on it, or eat on it! Notice the gorgeous hand painting, all original, not retouched, on the back side of the sofa. It needs to be in a very large room for the full effect of its Monterey beauty.

This sofa is a very wonderful and usable collectable for the Monterey afficiando collector. This type of old Monterey is extremely hard to find and deserves a beautiful Spanish style home!!
