The chair that was purchased along with the desk is also A. Brandt, and is very unusual for Brandt in that it has the naugahyde upholstery with the stitched horseshoe graphic on the back of the chair. It is in good condition, but the upholstery has some wear on the sides, and there is a metal brace on the left back leg. But, you know, this furniture is mid century and has been used for fifty years. However, judging from the pictures, it looks good to my eye!

If you want a wonderful working desk and fun chair, then grab this before someone else does! You don't often find such nice, sturdy, well built, and usable furniture, such as A. Brandt made.
