This 2 piece set of A. Brandt Ranch Oak in acorn brown, is in Atlanta, Georgia. It consists of a three drawer chest and it's topping, a bookcase! It was a gift to a young boy in the sixties, and now, that young boy, having grown up, needs to downsize and so, is selling the set.

The chest doesn't have any problems at all, and the top is in great shape. The bookcase sat on this chest all these years, and it also is in great shape. The shelves are adjustable.
