Civil War era officer's belt w/straps

Civil War era, officer's belt, with thirteen stars and an anchor in Eagle's foot on belt buckle. Leather is deteriorating and not very supple. One of the saber straps is missing about six inches of leather; else belt is complete with straps and hardware. A genuine piece of American history.
