Robert H. Smith Original Etching Cornwall

Original copper-plate etching, "A Street in Polpero: Cornwall" pencil signed Rob. H. Smith. 1937. 5 1/2 wide by 3 1/2 inches high. Print is loosely hinged to thick paper which bears inscriptions: "With very best wishes, Christmas 1937. Rob. H. Smith." Inscription at bottom says: "The house on the right with the chimney stacks was the house of the grandfather of Quiller Couch." Some light soiling, otherwise this etching is in very good condition. A rather scarce item with artist inscriptions.
