Old Vintage U.S. Cavalry Bit
(Item: SOLD 190)

Old U.S. Bit; possibly Civil War or U.S. Cavalry issue. Stamped U.S. on one side of mouthpiece and has the number 2 on the other side. In addition, bit is stamped either NS or N8 on the side of the bit. One of the bit arms is slightly bent and could be straightened out. Bit has original rust and is guaranteed to be pre-1900. Recently obtained from a Colorado Civil War Collection/Estate. Happy Holidays.
