Old Mexican or possibly Southern California Silver Overlay Bit Circa 1920 or earlier. Unmarked Transitional Style Bit in very good condition with no missing silver or damage to hand finished,iron body. Mouthpiece is in very good condition with copper rings to inside and sm. plain brass conchas to outer sides. Bit is complete and functional with no damage. Original patina as found. Silver could be polished. A well made bit with some good age and a nice overall design. A perfect Christmas gift for the Western Memorabilia collector.
