Rare 1930's Buddy L Truck

Now up for auction is this Buddy L pressed steel truck measuring 20 inches long. Truck is stamped in raised letters "Buddy L' on each side of the truck's doors. Produced in the 1930's. The silver and red paint is old but likely not original and has some paint loss and rust evident. Condition Good. This truck originally also had actual working headlights that run off a D battery. Truck is missing lamp bulbs and wires. There is still the lever below the driver's door for turning headlights on and off. This truck is all original and there is no missing or broken parts other than the bulbs and wires. Appears to be modeled after a 35 Chevy or possibly an International truck. Part of an estate collection of old toys to be auctioned off in coming days. To be sold as is, as found with reasonable or no reserves.
