Corners only very slightly bumped. Top and bottom of spine slightly bumped. Page edges stamped top, side, bottom with blue stamp reading "Army & Navy Club." One of 300 copies. Ten blind stamps from title page and throughout. Gilt title on spine clear and bright. Pages clean and tight. Exact size: 9 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. 264 pages. Ex Libris bookplate of "Ye Army and Navy Club of Ye City of New York," -- Inscribed twice, "Presented by Luis F. Emilio," on front pastdown. Signed and inscribed also on Title Page by Luis F. Emilio. This is a rare discriptive catalog with historical notes and ten plates illustrating two hundred and forty important specimens of Military Buttons from American, British, French and Spanish, with some of other countries, and Non Military, which appear in the Museum of the Essex Institute in Salem, Massachusetts.
