Beautiful Sterling and Turquoise Squashblossom Necklace. Circa 1960. Stamped ML? and 925 Sterling on the back of the 10 small sterling Spanish Crosses. Total length of the Squash Blossom Necklace is 22 1/2 inches long. Small, all natural, turquoise cabochons are well set in their mountings. The 2 by 2 inch traditional style Naja features an unusual hand design and is stamped 925 on verso. The best feature, however, is its elegant, feminine, light weight design; As compared to some of the heavier old pawn pieces. Appears to be newly restrung with light weight metal wire. All complete with no missing crosses or stones and no damage what-so-ever. An exquisite example of Native American Indian style and modern craftsmanship. A perfect Southwestern gift for that special someone.
