Cover age-worn with some water damage. Endpapers age-worn with foxing. Binding split but holding. Signature on title page in brown ink, "James Hillhouse, 1809." Actual size 5 1/2 by 8 1/2. 206 pages plus index. Journal includes listing of Representatives and the states the represent. Bills before the house and how each representative voted on these bills. Bills include, "authorizing the discharge of John heard from his imprisonment; supplementary to the act entitled, "An act making provision for the support of public credit and for the redemption of public debt; making further appropriations to complete the fortifications commenced for the security of the supports and harbors of the United States and to erect such fortifications for the protection of the northern and western frontiers of the United States" Scarce.
