Original copper-plate etching by noted American engraver John Taylor Arms. Title: "old Rouen" (France)to bottom right corner in plate. Pencil-signed and dated 1927 by artist beneath plate mark. Window opening is roughly 8 by 5 inches. Outside frame dimensions are 14 by 11 inches. Print has light age-toning to paper and appears to be professionally laid down. Otherwise, the condition could be described as very good. A nice impression by the American master etcher and engraver, John Taylor Arms.
