Hopi Kachina 1950/60's. Magnificient, finely hand-painted polychrome design. This particular Kachina has a very nice, hand-painted muslin cloth shawl, a beaded sash necklace, a nicely painted Manta; and well painted tableta head piece. The tableta has several glue mends to vesso where the thin manufactured board has been bumped and creased. All feathers are present, none of which are prohibited. A very nice example of modern Hopi craftsmanship. Unsigned. Collectable. Native American Indian Arts and Crafts.
