Signed Zuni Squash Blossom Necklace

One-of-a-kind, beautiful, Zuni, Stylized bird motif Squash blossom; signed "Adeline Bowannie Zuni" circa 1945-65. Inlaid design cosists of natural turquoise, coral, jet and shell. Necklace is in very good condition, except for the eye of one bird which has popped loose (see photo). Else, this piece is in wonderful condition. Aside from central naja design there are 10 beautifully hand-made birds. necklace has a nice old patina and is clearly signed Adeline Bowannie with an old price of $1,280.00 from prior owner. An excellent and rare example of Zuni jewelry making offered now for the first time on Ebay with a low reserve. Good Luck.
