Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 25 black and white Illustrations (illustrator). First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Original blue cloth covered boards with bright yellow embossed title and author on front cover and spine. Hardcover in very good - condition with light wear and fading on cover. Corners firm. Price-clipped Jacket in good condition with light fading on spine, and moderate chipping to extremities. 1/2 inch loss to head of DJ spine, Several small chips and closed tears to top and bottom edges of DJ. Decorative jacket picture by George Carlson. Actual size of book: 6 X 8 3/4 inches. 322 pages. Decorative endpapers are a black and white drawing by E. A. Burbank in good clean condition with no inscriptions or bookplates present. Copyright page reads, "Published February 1936". Binding is in good and tight condition. (back endpaper starting). 25 black and white illustrations including sketches and black and white photographs by various illustrators--photographs courtesy of Wells Fargo. Text block pages rough cut on side and bottom in good clean condition with little wear.
