1890's PLAINS INDIAN BEADED CHILDS VEST ~SOLD

1890's to 1915 sinew sewn in classic colors and pattern.
American flags on front and back and beautifully designed beadwork.
Can find no missing beads and colors are bright and vivid.
Has been stored away in a collection since early last century
& has never been on the market.
This beautiful child's vest is near mint except for the leather,
which, although there are no breaks, is extremely stiff.
We have made no attempt to soften the hide and find it stunning as it is.
Will make a wonderful and serious addition to a
Native American Beadwork Collection.
Approximately 12 inches square.
