FEATHERED DIAMOND IN SQUARE 1880s FINE QUILT

THIS AUCTION:
ABSOLUTELY outstanding quilting!
 "Feathered Diamond in a Square" is our guess as to name of this pattern.
 This is a Pennsylvania 1880s quilt.
 It is an Amish pattern, but was not Amish made.
 Cotton prints, the "pink on pink" is quite mellow and is not an easy color to photograph
....quilt presents itself far better than the pictures lend....
 There is a tiny (smaller than dime) hole in one corner which we elected not to mend.
 There are a couple of spots in the pink which are slightly lighter in color....
 kind of like a bleach stain, but doubt that is cause,
as the distinction is quite minor, and mentioned as a courtesy to buyer.
Lots of tiny pieces and, again, please look at the pictures of the stunning quilting!
Roughly 74 inches square.
Will pack properly and ship promptly.
