1910 SPOKANE BEER CONVEX CORNER PORCELAIN BEER SIGN

One of the coolest pieces we've found in a log time, a 17 3/4 inch diameter convex round, baked porcelain over metal SPOKANE BEER sign; center also reads: SPOKANE BREWING AND MALTING CO. Sign is Rare and circa 1910 or earlier, has lots of vibrant porcelain colors and the companies crest or logo center. Back has the original metal hanging brackets, which is designed to fit a corner, making the sign more visible. Bottom of front has the makers company mark, which is not completely clear, but looks like it reads: "B.S. Co., 52 State St., Chi., & Beaver Falls". Some porcelain loss on the outer edge, as pictured and also at one bracket screw point, top right. Sign is pretty much free of dents (other than noted paint loss) and free of hard scratches. The color is Excellent! Hey Spokane!!....this sign is nice enough to start a brewery around! Six colors: black, yellow, white, blue, red and green. A top shelf piece for a Beer Sign Collection.
