'FLORENCE' 'VICTORIA' F. WHITING STERLING CARVING SET

From the Frank M Whiting Company, in
the 'FLORENCE' or 'VICTORIA' pattern, 1900, a beautiful knife and fork
carving set. The set is in Very Good, Lightly used condition. The blade
on the knife has very little scratching and looks to have been
sharpened very few times. The tines on the carving fork straight and
even. There is a small 1 inch long split in the hollow handle of the
knife, along the side seam. It is hardly noticeable and does not affect
the integrity or beauty of the piece. There is also a tiny rust spot
where the knife and handle joint together.
The fork measures 8 3/4 inches long and the knife measures 10 1/2 inches long.
