PR UNUSUAL 1814 LONDON SILVER LADELS W. BLACK MAMMY Check out 30 + auctions this week full
of quality antique sterling from one local estate, much of which has
the same pattern and manufacturer.
We also have a number of auctions this week with similar patterns from
different makers, so check them out. ~This Auction #7~ This is a unusual pair of early Sterling ladels, both with what we believe to be a 'mammy' design etched on them. These ladels came with an old sales tag from JE CALDWELL & CO. Philadelphia. The tag states 1814, London Makers Mark SH. The hallmarks are pictured below, maybe someone out there knows more about them. They are also both very faintly hand numbered on the stem, '5172 k-3'. They are both a nice thick and heavy Sterling. They each weigh 2 ounces and measure 6 1/2 inches. This is a good early and wonderful pair in very good condition with no dents and only a few small nicks on the edge of the handle, very light scratches and a nice patina. We will pack properly and ship promptly USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING $6 Your requested insurance extra We will be happy to combine shipping expense on multiple purchases CLICK "HERE" FOR A
