OURAY, GEM CITY OF THE ROCKIES, ON THE MILLION DOLLAR HIGHWAY, COLORADO, #1503, Ouray lies in a vast bowl or amphitheater seemingly completely encircled by towering cliffs of highly colored granite 13,000 feet high. At the bottom of this great cup nestles Ouray at an altitude of 7,700 feet surrounded by mountains packed with the greatest assortment of beautiful scenery on the American Continent. Postmarked, Alamosa Durango, Aug. 14 1945. Good Condition.
