In his native simplicity the Indian shapes out his rude hatchet from a piece of stone and heads his arrows and spears with flint (Hatchet F). The War Club (C) is also "Civilised." The Primitive Clubs (D) are carved from wood. Two of the tomahawks are "Pipe Tomahawks" as they are formed like pipes. Scalpird Knife (B) is in a beautifull scabbard. The two edged hunting kinfe (A) is one belonging to the famous chief of the Mandans.
