BRASS TOP LANTERN
(Item: CAT57/LOT281)

BRASS TOP- vented bell bottom lantern again with chimney bale and double wire guards. “Grady Patent May 26, 1868” marked on bottom edge as well as on the burner which has a snuffer attached. Buttons on either side are pushed to release the bottom bell and fuel container. This lantern is made of heavy metal not the typical tin found on these early style lanterns. Appears complete and good condition.
