Double handle tureen with lid. Manufactured by Scammell this beautiful and rare offering is top marked both on the bottom and lid. The tureen measures 8” from handle to handle by 4 ¾” and stands approximately 3 ½” tall. Lid has notch opening for ladle. Overall this beautiful offering is in excellent condition with only a small no show chip on the underside of lid and pinstripe on base has minor flow problem on back side could be why they refer to this pattern as flow blue. Mentioned only for accuracy sake. Beautiful bright blues this piece is extremely rare and possibly unique to find complete. Missing from most seasoned china collections.
