B&LE BUILDERS PLATE

B & LE- EMD/GM rectangle plate dated 7/71; class 0-6-6-0; serial #37705. SD38AC; #866 ; 2000 HP/ 645E3 Engine. Only 15 SD38AC were built. Plate is mounted on wood board with B&LE enameled logo applied to one side for display. Nicely done and ready to enjoy.
