NP- Menu- June 1915 Salad Menu with cover in the shape & design of celery stalks. Opens to give the passenger a choice of salads. Back has NP Yellowstone Park Line logo and reads, “This service inaugurated June, 1915 by Northern Pacific Railway Dining Car Dept., Hazen J. Titus, Superintendent”. Great piece in good used condition.
