SB – wheel cut gothic letters inside of floral wreath on this brass top bell bottom fixed globe conductors lantern with chimney bale. Manufacturers mark J.H. Kelly on underside of bell. Tin is smooth and appears to have been clear coated at one time. Beautiful condition & waiting for a new shelf to call home.
