LOT 66 CENTRAL PACIFIC BAGGAGE TAG
(Item: CAT67/LOT66)

CENTRAL PACIFIC RR – brass baggage tag number 14576, reads, “This Check Must be Used Only Via the Central Pacific RR”. Thomas’ Pat. Feb 19, 1867. Tag measures 2 ¼” x 1 ¾”. Sides are curved to accommodate a ID tag. It goes without saying that anything found from the Central Pacific is a real treasure that will become a key piece in any collection. A great piece of early railroad history.
