LOT 98 D&RGRR SURVEYOR CABINET

D&RGRR – brass letters applied to top of wooden surveyor cabinet. This came out of the Burnham Yards and was used to house surveyor’s books. The cabinet measures 67” tall x 39” across and 6” deep. Inside there are 40 compartments each measuring approximately 7 ½” tall by 6 ¾” wide by 5” deep. Painted black & red these were most likely made right at the shops. The wood appears to be pine. If you have the room this would make a beautiful display cabinet for your collectibles. The previous owner had his locks & butter pats displayed in them. Now the bad news this would have to be picked up in Denver or buyer would need to pay for professional crating and the cost to ship by truck. MINIMUM BID $350
