LOT 415 LARAMIE HAHN'S PEAK & PACIFIC LOCK

L H P & P (LARAMIE HAHNS PEAK & PACIFIC) cast down panel of brass heart shaped switch lock manufactured by Miller. Has iron clevis & 8 links of chain. This rare lock is in beautiful ready to display condition and without a doubt one of the rarest Colorado locks with only a couple known. This line was started 1901 and ran from Laramie Wyoming into Colorado carrying coal. It went into receivership in 1912 and later became the Colorado Wyoming & Eastern. Without a doubt this lock will be a welcome addition to any collection.
