Ruxton Ave. Parking 6-7-08 1:43pm. No tires are chalked. None were chalked all day and no cars were ticketed. No enforcement was done at all. The silver truck in the first picture stayed all day and all night leaving about 11:30 am on Sunday. The rear of the truck is shown in the 12th picture. The truck belonged to a backpacker who stayed on Pikes Peak overnight. He was parked next to the sign stating 3 hour parking and no overnight parking.
