This Russian-Ukraine Impressionist artist was Born in the Ukrane in 1924 .He studied and worked in Odessa in the 1940's-1950's. He Exhibited his typically Soviet propagada soz -realism works in the 1960's and acclaimed international renown after his paintings were shown in London and Dusseldorf.
