Richardson Rome. Titled, "The Grist Mill".

Born in Minneapolis in 1902 and recieved his education in the schools of Minnesota and Califonia, where his father was a Doctor. An illustrator and art editor associated with Alden galleries of Kansas City. later moved to Estes park , Colorado and opened a studio. Listed artist with works in major museums.

Artwork measures 4.5 inches by 3 inches. Frame measures 8.5 inches by 6.5 inches.
