Nice calligraphy on hand laid paper selling a parcel of land on the Lamprey River, together with a portion of the Privilege of the Falls and a portion of the Grist Mill and the Saw Mill. By Phebe Jenkins, widow, to Nathaniel Appleton Haven and John Haven of Portsmouth. Dated December 23, 1811. Sight size 19" x 10".
