Victorian Cranberry Hobnail Parlor Lamp

This very simple and attractive brass hanging lamp has twisted patterned arms, a foliage pattern pull-down ring and a clear block pattern pressed fount with original oil cap. It is complete with original chain winder, smoke bell, crown and burner. It has a gorgeous cranberry hobnail 14" shade. The rim is double fired and is smooth with a few air bubbles around the edge. The upper rim has two tiny flat flakes, but they're not very visible, even close up. Otherwise this lamp is in near perfect condition. There are 30 crystal prisms. There are holes for 14 more around the upper support ring, but they are not present or needed. Dimensions of the cranberry hanging lamp are: 30" long, 17" wide (frame), and 14" in diameter (shade). The lamp has been electrified with a kit, but it can be returned to oil in minutes. This very special hanging lamp is looking for a new home . . . maybe yours?!
