1870's Eastlake Style Walnut Dresser
(Item: 3669AJ)

Sorry, This Item Is SOLD!!!

1870's Eastlake Style Walnut Dresser with Hidden Drawer

This is a very stately piece of furniture, and it matches item #3669B exactly. This solid walnut Eastlake style dresser is in excellent condition. It has two hankie boxes attached to the top with lift lids and two candle holders, one on each side of the mirror. The mirror is original and in excellent condition; there are only eight to ten tiny age dots, or spots, near the left lower edge of the mirror. These are hardly noticeable. We feel that the dresser was probably refinished 30 or so years ago. The finish is in excellent condition. There are four large drawers with wooden applied foliage handles. There is a bottom "hidden" drawer in the kick panel for any valuables you might own. The corner columns are carved acanthus leaves. The crest on the top of the mirror frame is a fleur de lis pattern with a grape cluster. Dimensions of this fabulous dresser are: 45 ½" wide, 19 3/4" deep, 39 ½" tall to flat surface, 90" tall to top of mirror, and the mirror with the frame is 35" by 51" tall. The locks are present but there is no key; one could be made. This lovely dresser and its matching commode are room-ready for your Victorian bedroom!

Please be patient for eight larger pictures to download!
