48" Round Oak Claw Foot Table with 3 Leaves

This is a very usable size table for most homes. The table, circa 1890-1900, is dark golden oak with 3-9 ½" leaves. With all of the leaves in it is 76 ½" long. The leaves do not have an apron. The finish of the table is in excellent condition. It was probably refinished 20 or 25 years ago. The center pedestal is round, with a wide base. The four legs are arched with 3-toe claw feet. The knuckles on the toes are large and curved. The pedestal does not split. There is on 2" by 3/16" spot on one end of the table that has a veneer edge missing. This is a very old imperfection and the edges of it are smooth (see picture). It is not noticeable and does not detract from the beauty of the table, but it must be mentioned for accuracy. The dimensions of the dining table are: 48" round and 29 1/8" tall. This table looks great with item #4073J, a set of four griffin pressed back chairs. An excellent table for everyday use and your holiday parties!

On one of the claw feet the knuckles are a bit worn.
