Quarter Sawn Mission Oak Desk w/ Bookshelves

This is a very popular quarter sawn oak furniture piece for any home office. This lovely desk was manufactured by the Abernathy Furniture Co, and the label is on the inside of the drawer. The desk retains its original finish; it does have a few slight veneer bubbles on the top surface. These are very hard to see, but they must be mentioned for accuracy. There are three small dark red old ink spots on the upper right hand corner of the top, and there is one black ink spot on the foot pedestal. These are old ink spots as sometimes occurred with inkwells way back when, but they just add to the character of the piece. Dimensions are: 47 3/4" wide, 29 ½" deep, and 29 ½" tall. Because of its nice larger size, it would be great if used as a computer desk or anything else you can imagine!
