Mission-Style Oak Library Desk

This sizeable mission-style oak library desk is just waiting to join your study or office. It is quarter sawn golden oak and has side shelves for books and a center drawer for other odds and ends. It is also equipped with nice mission hardware (which is original to the piece). It does need refinishing, and re-gluing is also needed on the top of the desk and on the shelves. Dimensions are: 28 1/2" deep, 48 1/2" wide, and 30" tall. A diamond in the rough that could soon accentuate your home!

Mission-Style Oak Library Desk

The desk is quarter sawn oak and has side shelves and a center drawer. Dimensions are: 28 1/2" deep, 48 1/2" wide, and 30" tall.

The desk has very nice mission hardware (which is original to the piece). It does need refinishing, and regluing is needed on the top and on the shelves.

This picture shows the desk after it was stripped and partially taken apart.

The desk was totally taken apart then re-glued for many more years of use.

The next three pictures show the desk refinished to its original color and ready for use!
