D&RGWRR Dressel Lantern w/CE "D&RGWRR" Short Globe

A real nice Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad Dressel lantern in original dark tin condition,....we should say “super nice!” We only cleaned off some oil and dirt around the fount holder and fount, then hand buffed the frame with a cotton cloth. The lantern frame does have some minor surface blemishes, or spots on the top lid, but it is still all tin (see picture). The frame is embossed on the lid: "D&RGWRR, Dressel, Arlington, N.J.", and stands 9 1/4" tall without the bail. The lantern comes with a clear etched “D&RGWRR”, 3 1/4" tall short globe. It is etched on the other side “Safety First”. The globe is in excellent condition with no chips, flakes or cracks. The lantern comes with the original Dressel fount and burner, and will still hold oil and burn. Here’s your chance to own a wonderful Colorado railroad lantern that is a.... real eye catcher!

The frame is embossed on the lid: "D&RGWRR, Dressel, Arlington, N.J.", and stands 9 1/4" tall without the bail.
