You can create many categories (pages) and name them using the Tool Box. Pages in a web site are connected kind of like tree roots. The trunk (or home page) is at the top, and is the starting point for adding more pages. The first pages, just below the home page, are what we call tier 1 pages. You can create up to 99 pages at the tier 1 level. Below each tier 1 page, you can create 99 tier 2 pages and so on, up to five levels deep. Each page will link to all the pages on the tier below it and to the page above it.
 

You can list as many items as you like. An item can be displayed (as thumbnails) on many pages. Each thumbnail links to a 'detail' page for that item.
 

The detail page is generated automatically when you create or update the item. The detail page will have the item's name, description, price (or auction link) and pictures. The description can be as long as necessary. An item can have none or many pictures, you can even add a caption to each picture.

There are many search engines (more than 600) and they analyse web sites and index them according to their textual content or their "Meta Tags". About half of them examine the text of the page and about half of them rely upon the contents of meta tags. TheTool Box allows you to create or change the textual or visual content of any page and each time you do it creates a fresh set of "Meta Tags".

Some of our clients are familiar with HTML and do their own web site design but prefer to have their employees use the Tool Box to keep their web site current. Several of our clients maintain web sites of more than 2000 items each.

The Tool Box also makes uploading to online auctions easy. You can choose from several templates and create a presentation using descriptions, photographs, policies and other information you have already stored on our server. It will also generate links to and from the auction item and your web site.
